More than a mom group

Beheld was created to support mothers through the transition into motherhood and beyond through facilitated wellness events. To us, reconnecting with yourself means tuning into your playful energy, slowing down with breathwork, and everything in between.

Many mothers find themselves feeling less connected to their community once the early years of motherhood have passed.

Joining Beheld means taking the thinking out of your monthly wellness and self-care, for the mind, body, and spirit — no matter what stage of motherhood you are in.

Origin Story

Kazmira, founder of Beheld, is a Nashville-based creative with a deep passion for connecting mothers. In May 2024, her world changed for the better when she welcomed her first son, Ansel.

In the months that followed, she found herself having the same conversations with different moms — about postpartum healing, breastfeeding, processing, and everything in between. What began as a simple group chat quickly grew into a circle of 100+ mothers around the world, all longing for authentic connection and healing.

Now, more than a year postpartum, Kazmira is bringing Beheld to life in Nashville, creating space for mothers to feel seen, supported, and held.
